Using this website

This website is provided by Vital Motion Allied Health (“we”, “us”). The information on it is general in nature and is not a substitute for individual clinical advice. Please talk to us or your treating practitioner about your own circumstances.

Booking and contact requests

Submitting a form on this site is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We will contact you to confirm availability, funding and the details of any service. Services are provided under a separate service agreement.

Cancellations

We ask for at least two business days’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Short-notice cancellations may be charged in accordance with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements or our private fee schedule, as set out in your service agreement.

Privacy

Personal information you provide is handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

Intellectual property

Content on this site, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows the current version.
